# Where the money goes Donations fund the running costs of the Serbian Heritage Map. - **Hosting and infrastructure** — the map, database and image storage. - **Archive access** — fees to consult archives and obtain documents. - **Field trips** — travel to verify sites and document their current state. No payment processing happens on this site; donations are handled by external providers.
